Tribute & Message From The Family

MOORE, Ralph F., 86, of Seffner, FL passed away September 17, 2009. He was a native of Bartow, Florida and a graduate of Hillsborough High School, class of 1942. He was a US Army veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict. Ralph was a machinist Tampa Armature for many years, was a member of the Beekeeper’s Assn. and had taught the course on the subject at Hillsborough Community College. He also belonged to several Masonic organizations including Hillsborough Lodge #25 F&AM, the Tampa Consistory of the Scottish Rite, the Tampa York Rite Bodies and Egypt Shrine Temple where he was a member of the Fun N’ Frolic Unit. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mildred and is survived by a daughter, Evelyn Petree; granddaughter, Wynette Gordillo, a great granddaughter, 2 sisters, Virginia Fuller and Joan Harrison; and his caregiver and nephew, Sam Moore and his wife Kathie; several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on Monday, September 21, 2009. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 pm. In the funeral home chapel. Committal services with military honors will follow at 2 pm that afternoon at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
